I really appreciate all your help and diligence in making this happen. As far as I am concerned you performed several small miracles, and I am really impressed with how smoothly this has gone.

Especially after our first realtor experience, I was really discouraged and disenlightened with this whole process, and you made it a breeze. It was wonderful knowing that we had someone on our side who would cover the details and "watch our backs" so this happened fairly. I appreciate all your extra touches from the print outs and clip boards and bottled water when we were looking, to the amazing task of having someone come today to get started on that horrific and monumental task of getting the house cleaned.

You put up with my 1,000's of questions, and always found my answers. You gave us more in this one house than I was asking for. I had a little wish list and was okay with just getting a few of the things I wanted, and with this house you delivered with much more than I thought we would get. I was expecting to have to compromise on the size of the back yard, the neighborhood, and the square footage, and instead you gave all of those to us - IN ADDITION to both a living room AND family room (which I was loving, but didn't think was realistic for our budget), and in addition to a decent sized kitchen and eating area (which I didn't think would happen) and most of all - the sun room - which I secretly really wanted, but thought I was seriously asking for too much and didn't even hope for. I also thought we would be settling for around 1100 square feet for a first home, and this place is fantastic!

I love that the house is a fixer-upper and am really looking forward to this adventure. It is going to be great to see how this dirty house, involves into an inviting home.
